Since I’ve not been a Heinzmann dealer for several years, I may as well let you into my secrets 😉
These are the notes I made on the system, wiring diagrams and the like. Heinzmann weren’t easy to get technical info out of, so it’s stuff I worked out by experiment. Enjoy. Don’t blame me if you blow anything up…

Half voltage, on some controllers bridging the diode above the IC does not work and causes erratic acceleration and the fuse on the battery to blow. If there is a soldered diode right of the pedal sensor (below the IC) try unsoldering or snipping this out. Acceleration should then be normal again and no half voltage monitoring.
