Since I’ve not been a Heinzmann dealer for several years, I may as well let you into my secrets 😉
These are the notes I made on the system, wiring diagrams and the like. Heinzmann weren’t easy to get technical info out of, so it’s stuff I worked out by experiment. Enjoy. Don’t blame me if you blow anything up…

This is a picture from the old shop – so maybe 8 years ago. The bike is Dave’s much modified Brompton, the trailer is a clever single-wheel one, and the bike on the trailer is a Cresswell Micro that snapped and I’d just welded back together with lots more reinforcement.

The Ovo tandem is ingenious – it splits and the seats come off in seconds, so it packs into a few rather small bags. Still rides very well, though. Trying to decide if I can afford to be a dealer for this 😉

I used a shim to fit an S&S coupling to a non-standard top tube diameter – works quite well I think 😉
