This large model is of the North Eastern Marine Engineering Company giant cantilever crane in Wallsend – the model is very detailed, made mostly from etched brass sheet, and apparently was in the company offices for a long time.

It was at Wallsend, North Tyneside, not Walsall. I saw it every day of my life at the bottom of my street (but across the river) until it was sadly removed.
